Born and raised into a family of animal handlers, veterinarians, Zoologists and more - Tori always knew he would end up with a similar job. As a child, he would often help his parents and older sister in their family vet, and always insisted that he knew how to talk to all kinds of dogs. Somehow, despite many not believing him, he always knew what was wrong with them, quickly becoming quite the local celebrity for his uncanny ability.  Growing older, he started investing more time into creating a sanctuary of his own, which now holds over a hundred wolves being rehabilitated and/or raised to be released into the wild, it even spans to foxes and other similar animals. Tori then got his own documentary show, skyrocketing his fame especially through the internet.

An extrovert and outgoing person, he’s hyperactive and loves to socialise with both human and wolves alike, though a little eccentric and out of the ordinary. His cheerful presence and blunt attitude is a breath of fresh air, and he rarely cares about sugar coating things. He is brutally honest, and because of that he can be extremely tactless with his words when it comes to humans. He respects many people as his equals, especially his classmates, as he believes most of them have much more useful talents than his own.

After careful consideration, Tori's voice is most similar to Kaito Momota. However slightly lower/higher pitched interpretations are welcome!
