Dulse is a member of the Ultra Recon Squad and is tasked with protecting the multiverse from Ultra Beast threats. He's the team's most serious member and tries to stay focused on whatever mission he is currently carrying out. Hidden deep beneath his stone cold exterior, however, there is a heart of compassion that only a select few people ever get to see.

For Dulse's voice I'm looking for something that is very cold and almost "robotic" in a way. Now I don't want his voice to literally be a robots, but it needs to feel very cold and calculating. He is a person though, so at times he does express emotion like surprise, happiness, anger, and what have you.
