Chishio Masuki (Chee-shee-oh Mah-sue-kee), the Ultimate Blood Donor.
Personality: He is a more calm and chill guy; however, he can sometimes be childish. Due to his Ultimate, he often snacks on mainly sugary and salty things and REALLY loves juice boxes. He is very attached to Hikaru and can be protective of him. He may also complain and sound whiny sometimes.
Voice: He tends to occasionally go with the flow, while other times he does what he wants. His range is medium to kind of low; an example would be Rantaro Amami.
[Charming] “Hey, I'm Chishio Masuki. I have the rarest blood type of them all, with excess of it. That's why I'm the Ultimate Blood Donor. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
[Defensive] "Hey! Don't pick on Hikaru! Or else, I'll make sure... s-something will happen!"
[Whiny] “EeeehhhhHHH, I'm so bored. Who makes a “game” with nothing to doooo?!”
