Having had the pleasure of co-owning a world class establishment with the Ultimate Baker (until the events of the S1 Killing Game) he now hopes to live up to the ideal of their shared legacy. However, when you separate barista from coffee, strange things start happening...

And suddenly, it's no longer surprising that he used to be called the 'Kitchen Nightmare'.
