PERSONALITY: Mononeko is like Monokuma; a sadist animal who can't feel mercy and won't hesitate to kill if a rule is broken.
VOICE DESCRIPTION: I imagine Mononeko's voice to be something like Monophanie's voice. So a very high pitched voice, doesn't matter if its male or female. Just high pitched.
(Welcoming) "Greetings Ultimates, I am your headmaster, Mononeko *mew* a pleasure I'm sure."
(Angrily) "I am NOT a stuffed animal! I am a CAT! A CAAAAT! So stop calling me a stuffed animal *MREOW!"
