An historically existent figure. Alongside Bat Masterson and Wyatt Earp he's looking for Goldie to get her in his saloon. He has a passion for hanging (Or trying to hang) people and usually speaks through judge's expressions.
I want him to have a deep, old man voice. He's authorative even though what he says is usually ridicoulous. I wouldn't mind him having an accent.
Want me to hang him, Bat? Just say the word!
Based on careful deliberation (and many years of experience with life) it is the verdict of this court that what's going on in that cabin is not a hangin' offense in Langtry, Texas, or anywhere else! Thank gosh!
