Philter’s voice is very cool, mysterious, and sensual. There is always this sense that he is dangerous, yet you can’t help but be drawn in. You want to get closer, you want to know more about this creature. He’s a vampony, dangerous and cunning, always taking what opportunity he can to be on top and is an expert flirt; the ladies can’t get enough of him and the men are either aroused or disgustedly jealous.
