Pikachu is the most famous Pokémon. In the Pokémon world, Pikachu are semi-rare creatures that have electrical abilities. Arguably the most powerful and recognized Pikachu is Ash’s from the Pokémon anime and it’s movie spin-offs.

In these comics, Pikachu acts as a sort of honest and somewhat sympathetic individual, one time giving an “I feel ya, man” talk to Lucario about their respective “weird family members”, and then in another comic stating that s/he is replaceable when they leave to go join Pokkén Tournament.

Since Pikachu doesn't canonly say anything other than various quips based on it's name, the voice is largely up to interpretation, and I don't have an official reference. But I'm looking for something of a higher or medium pitched voice with a mild, relatively relaxed demeanor.
