He's excitable and very into hearing about his friend's story and catching up. He's shown in two scenes of the film, once at the back of a restaurant, and being talked over by main characters in the background later. Due to this, there isn't much to his character, so no specific voice type is needed outside of sounding like a teenage boy. Not very many lines as he's only an extra.
