Soufuukan High School SC Member B

He's on the Soufuukan High swim team. His teammate runs in to tell his teammate about one of their own fighting someone from another team, and can be seen laughing and being surprised later. No specific voice type is needed outside of sounding like a teenage boy. Not very many lines as he's only an extra.
