A High Elf necromancer-turned lich.  This voice should be modified by special effects in the style of Skyrim's Auger of Dunlain, but with an evil undertone.  The part will also include some similarly effected voicing of one-liners from the Totem of Tiber Septim, Nulfaga's door, The Benefactor and the Oracle of the Blind God.
