Cassian Rook is a disciplined, perceptive investigator whose polished appearance and confident demeanor reflect his professional approach to the supernatural. Intelligent, quick-witted, and occasionally smug, he enjoys dry humor and playful banter with his colleagues, but maintains a more reserved attitude toward strangers. Fiercely loyal to his team, Rook is a dependable leader who values cooperation and preparation, though his sense of responsibility can sometimes become overbearing.

Seeking a clear, confident, mid-low voice with precise articulation, natural authority. Cass should sound professional without being emotionless, with genuine warmth toward his colleagues beneath his composed exterior. His humor is very dry, he draws no attention to it at all. If he tells a joke, one would be forgiven to think he didn't mean it and it was part of a conversation.

The sides they read from:

  • There's a remarkable difference between working independently and refusing to cooperate. I'm beginning to suspect no one's explained that to you.

  • The door wasn't forced. nothing's missing and whoever came in knew exactly where the cameras were. So either we have a very clever intruder or someone's lying.

  • I don't dislike taking time off. I just prefer having something to do. Sitting around all day isn't particularly relaxing to me. Although, I suppose a quiet afternoon with a book and a lack of things engulfed in flames wouldn't be so bad.
