King Kai is the ruler of the North Galaxy and the martial arts teacher who trained Goku after his death. He's known for his goofy humor, terrible jokes, and distinctive laugh. Even though he's a powerful and knowledgeable being, he can be pretty silly and easily annoyed. King Kai often acts as a source of information for Goku, especially when something dangerous is going on. He might joke around, but he knows when things are serious, and the arrival of Beerus is definitely something worth worrying about.
I'm looking for someone who can bring out King Kai's comedic personality without losing the moments where he needs to sound genuinely concerned. His delivery should feel lively and expressive, with good comedic timing.
