Gilbert is an overnight crime lord, prone to angry outbursts and is generally unpleasant to be around. What he lacks in the way of charm or charisma, he makes up for in pure ruthlesness and love of the game. He's even got the villain monolouging down! As far as things go, you couldn't find a more vile guy - unless you met a used car salesman.

Gilbert is the first major antagonist to the story and as such, will be very prominent in the show.

The sides they read from:

  • Oh-ho! Maybe you haven’t completely botched it, you goon. Come with me, let’s go get my book.

  • Unless he’s gone through some drastic changes, Merlin, you are not. Therefore, it’s not your book.

  • Not by breaking all my stuff, you moron, stop them some other way!
