The sides they read from:
(grand, welcoming. Marvello meets the new guy for the first time, at his carnival game) Ahh. The newest member of our little troupe.
(thrilled. The new guy just brought Marvello a huge load of scrap metal to sell) Four hundred dollars! The scale does not lie. Tonight, the carnival eats.
(quiet, haunted. Marvello's young ride operator is missing, and he fears the monster got him) Forty years we have run from things like that. Town to town. Never looking back.
