Bond Herder is the patriarch of the Herder family ever since his father passed away. He's a buff, bearded man his late 30s-early 40s. He's not very bright and has weird views on things. However, he's a hard worker who cares for his family and farm. What he lacks in smarts he makes up for in grit, tenacity, and endurance.
He should sound like a gruff, simple, salt-of-the-Earth, blue-collar worker type. He doesn't think too hard on many things, and is a man who works well with his hands and understands responsibility and discipline.

The sides they read from:
{Probably one of your better welcomes you have had with strangers}Welcome to our farm, traveler. Don't cause any issues with me and my family while you're here, and we'll get along just fine.
{Player sided with your brother on his opinion of the farm, you disagree and think your brother is indignant}I don't expect you to understand, but Jerzy? He should be grateful that he even has a home to call his own. Most people here don't have that.
{Asked for directions around}Well, there's Arlington Heights near by, just up the hill north of here. Be careful if you go there. There's some shady motherfuckers in that place.
