Description / Characteristics
Age: Open | Municipal Overnight Worker
The Street-Cleaning Driver is the first person to realize something is wrong.
While working an overnight route, they come across an abandoned purse and blood in a nearly empty parking lot. It is a small role, but it kicks off the entire investigation.
This character should feel completely real. Not dramatic, not heroic, just a regular person who suddenly realizes they may have stumbled onto something serious.
What I’m looking for:
Natural, believable delivery
Strong reaction acting
Able to sound unsettled without overdoing it
Comfortable with realistic 911-style dialogue
Clear microphone
Able to take direction and provide retakes if needed
Commitment:
This is an Episode 1 supporting role. You’ll need to be available for retakes and scheduled IMVU filming connected to this scene.
The sides they read from:
Immediate Reaction “Oh, hell no.” Direction: Quiet shock. Like you just saw something you were not expecting to see at 3 in the morning.
911 Call “911? I’m at Mercer and Ninth. I found a purse and there’s blood here. I don’t see anybody.” Direction: Nervous, but trying to stay clear and useful while speaking to the dispatcher.
Follow-Up / Uneasy “No, I didn’t touch anything. I stopped the truck as soon as I saw it. I just… I don’t know whose blood that is.”
