Role went to: Skylar Michael Kas

Role: Ultimate Gamer. Competitive, sarcastic, and strategic. She treats the killing game as a strategy game until she realizes the deaths are real.

Voice notes: Fast, dry, and a little brittle. She jokes to keep from panicking, and the jokes crack over the course of the story.

The sides they read from:

  • It's a tutorial, right? Fine. Where's the rulebook? Every game has a rulebook.

  • Permadeath, no saves, one-hit kills. Great. Hardest difficulty. Love that for me, chat.

  • This isn't a game. They're not coming back. There's no restart.
