Hello! I love your performance! This project is PG and has mild words like hell, damn, crap and made up cuss words. I wanted to inform you in case this is a issue.

Crap is alright, damn and hell are fine if they refer to the actual uses of the word rather than just as swears (if they are just swears I would be uncomfortable voicing them), made up cusses should be fine. Thank you for being considerate :).

Nergal is a Nue and the newest employee at Duke’s Circus, performing as the circus’s resident magician. Born with natural magic, they have spent their life honing their abilities and take great pride in their skill. They are intelligent and observant, but surprisingly naive about the world beyond what they know.

Despite their intelligence, they are still learning to navigate the circus’s strange personalities and chaotic environment. Their curiosity often outweighs their caution, while their straightforward nature can make them unintentionally blunt. They may understand magic better than others and are still discovering where they fit within the circus and what else it might have to offer.

  • “Wait. Do that again. No, I know how it works! I just want to see if you can do it differently.”

  • “I know what I’m doing with magic. Everything else… I’m still figuring out.”

  • “That shouldn’t be possible… which means there must be something I’m missing.”
