In reality, this meek exterior masks an unhinged, dangerous yandere whose entire sanity is anchored to an obsessive fixation on Kenzo Tategami. Orphaned by her family's cursed, tragic bloodline, Kenzo's brief childhood kindness became her entire reason to exist. Kokoa views any female near Kenzo as an "impurity" that must be purged. Utilizing lethal Alchemy, paralytics, and high-tech Homunculi surveillance, she eliminates or imprisons rivals with cold, clinical precision—using the Holy Grail War as the ultimate tool to isolate and possess him forever.
