Fred is the father of Lucy and Lillith Perdue. He's a minor character who appears roughly twice in the pilot episode.
For his voice, I envision something similar to the Other Father from Coraline. Sort of playful and upbeat.
The sides they read from:
Have a good day at school, girls!
It's an heirloom from your great-grandmother. About time they sent her stuff out, am I right!
I'm on my way!
