Reina Lucera

Reina Lucera is a young singer and innkeeper in Limbo Village. Tall and slender, with pale skin, long black hair, and blue eyes, she has a calm and slightly gloomy appearance, but becomes warm and expressive whenever she speaks about music.

She lived in modern Japan and fell in love with singing as a child after her parents took her to see an opera performance. Her interests later grew into anime, games, modern Japanese music, Hatsune Miku, MYTH & ROID, and game soundtracks.

Even after death, Reina continues to follow her passion. She runs Carmen Cordis, an inn with a small stage where she sings for the souls passing through Limbo.

Voice Direction

Soft, calm, warm, slightly melancholic. She should sound young and gentle, but not shy. When talking about music, her voice becomes noticeably brighter and more passionate.

Feel free to improvise while keeping the general mood and meaning.

Audition Lines

Reina:
“Hello, mister… I see you’ve only just awakened.”

Female player version:
“Hello, miss… I see you’ve only just awakened.”

“I’m Reina Lucera… and this… is my little stage. I opened the inn, Carmen Cordis, to soothe lost souls… and perhaps mine as well.”

“You look a little lost. Would you mind listening to me sing for a while?”

“Sometimes a song can soothe the soul… or at least quiet the thoughts inside your head.”

“I fell in love with music when I was little. My parents took me to an opera, and the moment the curtains opened… I knew I wanted to stand on a stage someday.”

“Though, don’t get the wrong idea. I didn’t only listen to opera.”

Small laugh.

“Anime, games, Hatsune Miku, MYTH & ROID… I loved all of it.”

“I suppose death changed a lot of things.”

Brief pause.

“But somehow… it never managed to take the music away.”
