I like to think that Gorsmic lashing out at this woman is just a byproduct of his fear and frustration considering the trouble he’s in. At the moment, unable to face his negligence. He allows Jacque to get him into trouble so often. Now things have become dangerous.
Voice Actor
Gorsmic is the more cautious of the two. He is also quick to trust people, which is shown when he is tricked into the lifestyle by Jacque, and over time, he finds out, they get in trouble with another illegal shop and asks Mr. Raygazo for protection. Now knowing fully that what they do can end them in big trouble with international wizarding law, he is very quick to stop any haywire customers. He is also somewhat socially awkward, not always knowing the right thing to say, especially around Klara, whom he is quick to have feelings for.
Though he is very protective of who he cares about because he feels as if almost nobody cares about him and has slight abandonment issues, which translates into the type of spell he's best at doing, which is defensive magic.
