Haru Maeda, cold, emotionally reserved, and distant. This includes his own family. To outsiders, he comes off as heartless, or just another arrogant rich kid with rigid ideas of right and wrong. But Haru isn’t cruel. He’s the oldest, and he carries the weight of it. -> "I have to look out for my family. If I can’t do that, I’m a disappointment, not to myself, but to my siblings. I just want them to have a life better than what a measly gambler can provide." He pushes people away because he’s trying to protect them. And himself.
