The Ultimate Councilman. Cold, judgmental, and convinced he’s better than everyone else — and honestly, his talent backs it up. Ray advocates for individuals the government ignores. He believes in doing what’s right for the city, not for personal gain. A gifted public speaker, his words hit like a siren song to officials and can change minds in a room. He carries himself with entitlement, like you should be grateful he’s fighting for you. When it comes to injustice, he doesn’t back down. He comes in with proof and he comes in to fight and reason with the council to reach rightful laws and keep the peace.

Great, another one. Just what we needed: another person eating up our limited oxygen supply.
Welcome? Oh please, like you’re one to talk. Last I checked, I didn't ask for your input.
A business executive? Hardly! You clearly don’t know who you’re speaking to. Raymond Satio, Ultimate Councilman. I help write the laws that govern this city.
