Phil and Edwina's oldest son who stands to inherit the family fortune, titles, and all that comes with it but would rather do anything but. Fancies himself as like a socially conscious, deep and artsy hippie type but it's all a facade he perpetuates to try (and fail) to look cool, piss off his traditional staunchly tory parents, and score with chicks.

He's in his early 30s but is sort of a manchild, so he should still sound his age but have sort of a whiney, nasally, whispy tone of voice. He should also obviously have the same accent as his parents (to his dismay).
