UNKNOWN STAFF MEMBER

The Unknown Staff Member is an unidentified employee working somewhere within the SIGNAL organization during the early stages of systemic collapse.

Unlike the primary cast, this character is never fully introduced or explained. Their identity remains intentionally ambiguous throughout the series.

The role exists to communicate fear spreading through the organization itself. Their recordings often appear fragmented, corrupted, or recovered from incomplete transmission logs.

This character serves as the voice of personnel who were never meant to be heard publicly.

Their dialogue typically occurs:

• during emergency broadcasts
• inside corrupted recordings
• over radio chatter
• through damaged surveillance audio
• or in partially recovered internal transmissions

The Unknown Staff Member represents institutional panic beginning to leak into public-facing systems.
