CHARACTER SUMMARY

Unit A1 is a cold, heavily augmented Axion operative whose body has been altered through extreme experimentation involving unstable plasma technology.

He appears detached, controlled, and emotionally distant, but beneath that control is constant pain, instability, and fragments of something human still struggling underneath.

He is powerful, dangerous, and slowly deteriorating.

VOICE DIRECTION

• Deep, restrained delivery

• Cold and emotionally distant baseline tone

• Speech should feel controlled but unnatural at times

• Emotion leaks through subtly under pressure

• Avoid fully robotic delivery

• Rage should feel suppressed rather than explosive

KEY PERFORMANCE NOTE

A1 should feel like someone forcing themselves to remain controlled while something unstable is constantly breaking underneath the surface.

Even calm lines should carry weight and exhaustion.

ACTING FOCUS FOR AUDITION

• Keep delivery restrained and grounded

• Emotion should stay buried beneath control

• Use subtle instability instead of loud anger

• Small vocal shifts matter more than volume

• Avoid sounding fully robotic or monotone

• Focus on suppressed pain and exhaustion

FINAL NOTE

Unit A1 is not a traditional villain.

He is:

a deteriorating weapon struggling to maintain control while fragments of humanity still survive underneath.
