Mayor Manny looks intimidating but is actually a bundle of nerves. Despite his massive frame and deep voice, he struggles with social anxiety, low self‑esteem, and constant overthinking. He wants to be a good leader but panics during speeches, accidentally breaks things when stressed, and apologizes way too much. Doveport loves him anyway.
