A quiet, curious bug who seeks to explore the fallen kingdom of Hallownest. Though he is polite, Quirrel does not shy away from combat when necessary, displaying a talent for combat that suggests there is more to him than meets the eye. His introspections and dreams provide narration for his mysterious pilgrimage.
I am looking for a medium to medium-high masculine voice that is unassuming, but not aloof. His curiosity and insight should almost bring a slight whimsy to his character. You may base your voice off the voice clips from Hollow Knight, though this is not a strict necessity.

[Pleasantly addressing HORNET, while trying to appear harmless.] “Hello up there! I’m only an explorer, I assure you. Here merely to witness. This nail I carry only to protect my shell.”
[Several combat noises. An attack, parry, and getting hit in order.] “Hahp! Gah! Ughh!”
