She thinks Miku cannot help herself, she was spoiled as a young Vocaloid and it tainted her. Deep down in her, a nice Miku still thrives silently.
Voice description: I imagine her with a deep, soothing and motherly voice, but also as if she's in command like a general- yet she really cares for her troops.
