The Vibe: The earnest underdog. He cares loudly and accidentally. He is constantly slightly over his head but pushes through anyway. He isn't a "cool guy" trying to look cool; he’s a good guy trying to do the right thing.

Traits: Anxious, Sensitive, Empathetic, Self-critical. Vocal References: Tom Holland (Spider-Man), Michael J. Fox (Marty McFly), Tate Donovan (Hercules).

Register: Mid-to-High. Think "front of the face" resonance rather than deep chest tones. Natural and conversational. A slight, warm "rasp" or "breathiness" is welcome, but keep it grounded.

 Director's Note: Nervous, fast-talking energy with an incredibly warm underlying tone. He never sounds cynical. He sounds like he is trying to catch his breath. Sincerity is the key. He feels everything, even when trying not to show it.
