Voice Actor
Elite officer of the Lyssidian Transit Police
Several years ago, his daughter Serena was bedridden from a rare genetic mutation. While she was at the hospital, she suddenly disappeared. Bob's attempts to investigate the matter were stonewalled by higher ups. Upon further investigation, he discovered that his daughter had likely been sold to the Cerberus Triad due to her rare condition... and that the police force itself had let it happen.
After making some arrangements to be assigned to a case in Galehar, he's arrived in the city in hopes of reuniting with Serena.
Bob should have a deep but gentle voice. He's a kind man, if a bit absent-minded.
Ryka. Got it. I'm Detective Jones. We'll be seeing each other a lot, I suspect.
Be happy you only have to deal with the human elements of the Triad. The mutants that come out of their workshops... It's a different beast entirely.
...Serena would be around your age now.... No, not "would." She IS. She's still out there. Waiting for me.
