Lieutenant Gary McCullen runs the room without raising his voice. He is measured, procedural, and deeply practical. He has seen enough strange cases to know when something smells wrong - but he also knows the law doesn’t bend for instincts.

No one calls him Gary.

He carries quiet authority, not bluster. When he pushes back, it’s because he understands the system.  His long years of experience prove invaluable for his subordinates, and he tolerates very little foolishness.  A practical man, he knows the only proper way to catch criminals is:

- Evidence

- Paperwork

- Procedure 

He is not dismissive, and will listen to what others have to say, but he does not indulge speculation.  What-ifs don't concern him - hard facts do.
