Voice Actor
Seh-see-lee-ah Lee-oo (21, She/Her) Ultimate Makeup Artist
Cecellia is a bold, blunt, and bright force in everything she does. She is chatty, friendly, and skilled which has lead her to being a makeup artist for quite a few big name celebrities- landing her a place in the ultimate system. She truly believes she can do anything she sets her mind to, sometimes leading to her juggling too many things at once, but she always seems to manage.
Cecellia has a medium-high feminine voice. She was written for an American accent, but all accents will be considered. Cecellia has a very animated way of speaking, and a very bubbly voice as her optimism shines through in her way of speaking.
(Confident) My name is Cecellia Liu! The Ultimate Makeup artist! I work with everyone and everything makeup related! I’m the ultimate makeup artist for a reason after all! I do a lot of work with some big names in the acting and music world, I work with models, with content creators, I’ve done a few brides.. just about anyone! I like to think I’ve made a pretty good name for myself!
(Offended) Why do you need to know that? Listen, I’ve tried to be polite here, despite your horrible set up and negative interview skills, but I’m done. What the hell is your problem? I thought this was some type of freak interview!
(excited, optimistic) Come on, come on, come oooonn!! Let’s go! We can be like your little tour guides of the building! It’ll be fun! It’s not like you’ve been out enough to see it anyways! It’s all new and exciting!!
