Cecellia is a bold, blunt, and bright force in everything she does. She is chatty, friendly, and skilled which has lead her to being a makeup artist for quite a few big name celebrities- landing her a place in the ultimate system. She truly believes she can do anything she sets her mind to, sometimes leading to her juggling too many things at once, but she always seems to manage.
Cecellia has a medium-high feminine voice. She was written for an American accent, but all accents will be considered. Cecellia has a very animated way of speaking, and a very bubbly voice as her optimism shines through in her way of speaking.

I do a lot of work with some big names in the acting and music world, I work with models, with content creators, I’ve done a few brides.. just about anyone! I like to think I’ve made a pretty good name for myself!
