Cemetery for Jevil
Jevil is a very “eccentric” individual. Having gone insane after meeting a “strange someone,” he was locked away in a cell. Despite being the one locked away, he claims he is the one who is truly free while everyone else is trapped in a cage. His dialogue is rife with maniacal laughter, repeated words, rambling puns, and strange sentences, and he has a sadistic sense of entertainment.

It's probably worth mentioning I can do this voice comfortably at different pitches. I only chose the one I liked best :)
