A reluctant radar tech stuck in a nuclear submarine at the bottom of the ocean at the height of the Cold War, Viktor is a living example of everything the Soviet Navy would try to drill out of a man. Sheepish, impulsive, tired of the machismatic wartime rituals aboard the sub, and longing to return to his beloved Olga on dry land.
