Michael Afton is William and Clara's first child, growing from baby to teenager across Era 1. Initially protective and caring toward younger children (David, Lizzie), Michael witnesses his family and friend group slowly deteriorate—his father becoming cold and distant, his mother increasingly worried. By age 13 (1979), he's aware something is deeply wrong with his father.
American Accent Preferred. British works too. (might change from british to american as age progresses)
