Iso Areminta, aka the Puppeteer, is a Corruptheart individual and the Trivial Leader of Fabricon City. Though they are an individual of the law, they are also very could and strict about it. After disposing of William Herald, someone that they used to see as their beloved before all they could see him as is a child, they rule over Fabricon with an iron fist. They got rid of all the colorful toy shops, tailors, and the arts in order to replace it with police stations, law schools, and libraries. With their robotic puppets they use to constantly monitor over the city, their word is always law.

As a character, the Puppeteer is cold and precise, wanting everything to be perfect no matter what. They hate anything being out of line and not to their original vision. And, if something is not to their liking, they will be disposed of with haste. The Puppeteer is a genderfluid character. Their voice is androgynous, so anyone can try and audition for them. Though they can have any accent, a slightly British accent is preferred. They sometimes speak in a monotone voice.

  • [Stern] “What matters is what will be best for this city, maybe even all of Ongaku. Yet your childish antics and theatrical shows haven't been helping make sure that the people stay in the right places that they should be in.”

  • [Cold] "Oh... It's you... How interesting that you're still alive. And you got that problematic witch with you, too."

  • [Emotionless] "You don't matter to me anymore. I thought I loved you, but... You aren't someone that I should be caring about."
