I really love this rendition. Breathy and androgynous.I think I hear a trace of Chinese or maybe other asian accent. In the context of Morrowind, it sounds like an accent out of time. Your delivery and the pauses you use in-between each phrase gives it a real presence.Your characterisation is also mystical, inscrutable, gives very little away, and suggests hidden knowledge. A Zen Master meets Machiavelli - exactly how I think Vivec should sound!

Looking for an androgynous voice. Something light (for a male) rather than deep, that has a feminine quality (not meaning flamboyant, just something androgynous, with a softness to it, perhaps).

Voice aside, tone should come across as pretty impassive, matter-of-fact, emotionless, OR lean into the warrior-poet nature, fluid and expressive. There should be some melancholy. Perhaps a blend of both, at different points. For the accent, the same "transatlantic" as we use for Dunmer. Non-rhotic R, but otherwise not distinctly British or American (American in particularly should be avoided).

Open to hearing different ideas and interpretations.

The sides they read from:
  • [Dialogue] The sin of the Dwemer was the creation of a new god from the substance of a dead god, Lorkhan. That is also the sin for which we would destroy Dagoth Ur. I hesitate to call it 'sin'. More properly, call it 'destructive evil'. The sin of the Tribunal, however, is in the breaking of an oath to Azura to forebear from tapping the Heart with Kagrenac's tools. And in the folly of seeking to become Gods. Breaking the oath was evil. Becoming gods was folly. If we sinned, we have paid the price.

  • [Combat Taunt] Don't fight gods, fool. Foolish mortal. You're hardly a match for me!

  • [Combat grunt] Grrragh! Ungha! Argh!
