A creep who takes a young girl hostage at the beginning of the show, before being gunned down by Harding. A relatively small role at first, but he'll appear in flashbacks multiple times as more of the plot is revealed. He's high-strung and violent, exceptionally reckless. Doesn't really think before he acts.
