Church is an elderly rat who's seen it all. In his youth, he participated honorably and bravely in the faction wars, Playing a prominent role in the guild's victories and later, signing up for service by joining the C.O.P. (Chosen One Program), dedicating three tours (27 years), forwarding the plans of Cesnock leadership.
He now heads the Echo program (Expert Conversation Hotspot Operatives), delegating his limited workforce to where they are required and trying to keep the organization going.
He can be brash sometimes, especially toward characters he expects to be professional.
