Whisper's an experienced rat who's proven exceptional at being an Echo (Expert Conversation Hotspot Operative)
She can be direct and to the point when needed but offers a softer, playful side when dealing with other citizens, especially with recruits of the echo program—exclusively working for Church, her boss, she shares suggestions and assists wherever needed. She's even-handed with most characters, even ones she dislikes. Preferring to solve problems constructively instead of inflating them with petty jabs and snide comments.
Whisper plays a strong supporting role in the story. Acting as a narrator and actor.

Oh, Hi! You must be the new recruits. The boss said you'd be hanging around here. So, you're probably wondering what in "spirits chaos" is going on, and if I were in your position, I'd want to know, too. Unfortunately, the boss says we're on a budget and can't afford those fancy Vision Crystals. So, we'll have to do it the old-fashioned way, and these screamer cubes will have to suffice. Don't worry, though; I'm here to teach you everything you'll need to know while filling you in on all the action. That's my job, after all.
The Overseer expresses his grief by stating that the Ratoons are deceased, a casualty of improper safety protocols on behalf of the workers.
I thought you wanted us to solicit new contracts. You specifically said that the big cats in Stone City cut funding in half. So now we have to go underground and "Prostitute our services," whatever that means.
