Reverend will be later introduced as Dev's rival during the last 3 boss levels: All-Region, All-State, and the Band-Prix. He picks on every competitor as "the ____ king" (depending on what instrument you chose from the start of the game). He is the final boss in the game. He has a fancy and evil personality toward everyone, mostly against Dev (the main character). He acts like he wants to live a luxurious life with no rules. Reverend is a VERY important character throughout the game due to being Dev's rival.

His voice would sound like an evil young adult. The rest is up to you.
"I want to win the Band-Prix, and I can get that trophy and money!"
