MAIN LEAD

*I'm open to performances being different to how it's described here below! It's more or less just suggestions and I would love to see some unique takes of the character, however you wish to do it*

Linette is a lazy person in her mid forties. She's very laid back and has a sarcastic personality. Her tone of voice is husky and slightly soft spoken, but still has prescence. She should sound not too feminine and lean more towards a masculine and deep voice.

If you want further reference I see her sounding similar to Susan Igan as Lin from Spirited Away.

The sides they read from:

  • (confused, taken aback) "Linette"? Whoa, what happened to “auntie”?

  • (raising voice, irritated) Trudy! I'm hungry. What's for dinner?

  • (non-chalant, monotone) I'm busy gaming right now. You're gonna have to be on hold for a sec, pal.
