Powder Gangers are escaped convicts from the NCRCF. After rioting and taking over the prison as their base of operations, the Powder Gangers run rampant across the Wasteland around Goodsprings, looting, murdering, and other horrible things.
This Powder Ganger is a cook for the gang, and is in the middle of making dinner when a Powder Ganger comes in and expresses his discontent before deserting - much to the amusement of the cook.
What, you want something to eat? Well, I don't give a shit. Eat what you find.
Yeah, I mixed it. Don't like it?
