Lord Titan did not appear in any of the Star Fox games and is a background character that was made for Event Horizon. He does not have many lines, and is a warlord living on the planet of Titania. I imagine him as having a very deep voice and being unphased by the player’s increasing victories against his armies and weapons. He will have a filter applied to his voice since he speaks through a breathing apparatus. Otherwise I am completely open to any accent and interpretation of the character and welcome voice actor input.
