He keeps their secrets, he's on time for everything, and he is reliable to get the job done. After seeing the devotion Rainbow Dash has to her friends, he is moved to take up for them and may put himself in harms way to save them. He needs a raspy, teen voice.

I actually really like this for a younger Jet. If we ever do a flashback this may be an option. :)the ponies are in teen years
