Ray is the sole member of Division X-Ray of the Astoria 23rd Agency. His job is to clean up supernatural gore and stuff. He shows up for one report to have a chat with No. 422. Despite his outlandish job, he is a very normal average kind of guy. 

  • "Yeah, technically, Astoria’s not supposed to conduct operations out here due to the whole West Virginia Concord."

  • "Yeah, I don’t know much about the politics of this stuff, though."

  • "Beats me, buddy. The concord, from what I understand, is not black and white."
